As a Marketing Information Specialist, you will play a vital role in our customer engagement strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include providing prospects and customers with pertinent marketing information as requested, ensuring they have the resources they need to make informed decisions. You will also conduct follow-up telephone calls with customers to discuss upcoming re-treats, gather feedback, and enhance their overall experience with our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from prospects and customers regarding marketing materials and information.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and information packages to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
• Conduct follow-up calls to previous customers to promote upcoming re-treats, gather insights on their past experiences, and foster ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve informational content and strategies based on customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help refine marketing approaches.
• Stay updated on industry trends and offerings to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
