Job description: Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Product Specialist (English & French) to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. Located in Toronto, ON, this hybrid role offers a competitive hourly rate of $39.36 and the opportunity to collaborate across teams to bring product communications to life.Pay rate: $39.36/hour.Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid 3-4 days in officeShifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pmJob type: Temporary | Full-timeHere’s why you should apply:Hires fast, pays weekly.4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.Medical and dental benefits once qualified.Free training programsNew and quicker onboarding processResponsibilities:Create compelling messaging for product launches, updates, and ongoing communications that clearly articulate product value and impact.Draft client-facing materials such as product announcements, in-app messages, email campaigns, FAQs, and release notes.Prepare concise and informative internal briefs, sales enablement materials, and messaging to support client-facing teams.Ensure consistent voice, tone, and positioning across all product communications, working closely with marketing teams.Translate complex product features and functionalities into simple, user-friendly language tailored to different audiences.Stay informed on the product roadmap and upcoming releases to plan and execute timely communication strategies.Align product messaging with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring a unified narrative across touchpoints.Provide clear documentation and talking points to sales, support, and account management teams to help them communicate product changes confidently.Manage and organize a library of internal & external communication collateral.Keep collateral up to date and aligned with current product functionality and messaging strategy.Structure and maintain the internal content repository to ensure easy access for sales, support, and marketing teams.Track changes and ensure consistency across versions of communication collateral.Requirements:Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years in a communications, marketing, or content-focused role.
