Norsan Media is seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Sales Consultant to join our team, dedicated to enhancing brand experiences through varied platforms including radio, print, digital marketing, and events across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advertising solutions.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote Norsan Media’s diverse portfolio of publications and digital marketing services.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Texas.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content for social media platforms, designed to reach and resonate with targeted audiences.
• Bilingual Communication: Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction.
• Event Coordination: Participate in planning and executing promotional events that enhance brand visibility and engagement within the community.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and/or digital marketing, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
