Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients across North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Texas, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with clients to create tailored advertising solutions across Norsan Media’s platforms, including radio, print, and digital marketing channels.
• Utilize social media platforms to engage audiences, promote client offerings, and enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential client needs within assigned territories.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our media solutions.
• Track and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and inform strategic planning.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Attend industry events and trade shows, representing Norsan Media and expanding your professional network.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the media or digital marketing industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media strategies, and publication techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and client relationships.
• Willingness to travel within designated territories as needed.
