We are seeking a motivated and skilled BIM Project Pursuit Lead to spearhead our initiatives in project pursuits and the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies for proposals. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with designers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to create comprehensive models that enhance our proposals and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Development of BIM Models: Oversee the creation and refinement of BIM models to support project pursuits, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and alignment with client needs.

• Develop BIM Strategies: Design and implement effective BIM strategies that integrate seamlessly with project objectives and marketing goals.

• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to gather input, provide guidance, and ensure collaborative model development.

• Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing materials and proposals that effectively showcase our BIM capabilities and project offerings, highlighting our commitment to innovation and technology.

• Stay Current with Technology: Continuously research and stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends to ensure our practices are at the forefront of the market.

• Training and Development: Provide training and support for internal teams on BIM processes and tools to enhance overall competency and efficiency.
