Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a BIM Strategy and Project Pursuit Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies for project proposals, ensuring the seamless integration of technology across all phases of project delivery. This position collaborates closely with designers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to create effective models and marketing materials that elevate our projects’ competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BIM Strategy Development:

   • Lead the formation of innovative BIM strategies tailored to specific project requirements.
   • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align BIM processes and goals.

2. Model Development:

   • Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality BIM models for project pursuits.
   • Ensure models accurately represent design intent and project specifications.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

   • Work closely with design teams and stakeholders to facilitate the sharing of information and expertise during the BIM development process.
   • Act as a primary point of contact for BIM-related inquiries and guidance.

4. Marketing Support:

   • Assist in the creation of marketing materials that showcase our BIM capabilities and project successes.
   • Participate in the development of presentations and proposals that highlight our technological strengths.

5. Training and Support:

   • Provide guidance and training on BIM tools and practices to team members and stakeholders.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology to inform best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in BIM management, modeling, and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methods and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in BIM software and related technologies.
