This role requires a deep understanding of cloud platforms and their capabilities to drive the strategic direction and execution of our data product roadmap.Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cloud-based data products, aligning with business goals and market demands.
- Lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and marketing teams to deliver innovative and scalable cloud solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities and define product requirements.
- Drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including product planning, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with cloud platform providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to leverage their services and optimize product performance and scalability.
- Establish metrics for success, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, security standards, and best practices in cloud data management.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Act as a thought leader in cloud-based data product management, contributing insights through industry publications, speaking engagements, and participation in conferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management leadership roles, with a focus on cloud-based data products or platforms.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing principles and services, with proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong technical background with experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related fields.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Demonstrated success in driving product innovation, strategy development, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Permanent Job Available in Northern Alberta Canada with 60 days ON / 30 days OFF Rotation. Local Hire only, no flight/accommodation provided.
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance tasks.
- Perform manual labor such as loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain a clean work environment and assist with general site duties.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
