Job Description:

We are currently seeking a courteous and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Burnaby, BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service to all customers. Duties will include answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to upsell products and services.

Requirements:
