  • Prepare accurate content updates for materials using InDesign.
  • Ensure all documents produced adhere to current brand standards and maintain BMO Private Wealth’s visual identity.
  • Once completed, post materials to firm’s Intranet site, maintaining firm’s Intranet standards and updating pages as required.
  • As applicable, ensure all confidentiality standards are maintained.
  • Other desktop publishing assignments as may be required.

Relationship Management (10%)

  • Develop strong relationships with internal partners across BMO Private Wealth to assist in the successful execution of all materials.
  • Where applicable, work closely with translation to make certain materials are produced in both English and French, ensuring all required sign-offs are received.
  • Work with other internal partners, when required, to assist in production and distribution of materials.

Risk Management and Control (5%)

  • Ensure that internal docket system is kept updated to maintain proper tracking of documents, storage of master files, and documenting and storing all applicable sign-offs.

Measurement and Reporting (5%)

  • Produce any applicable reporting on projects required for reporting or editorial meetings.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic design or equivalent experience.
  • 2 – 5 years of desktop publishing experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced practical knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
  • Skill in the use of HTML and desktop publishing layout.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Effective time management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits: $44,500.00 – $82,500.00Pay Type: SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
