What are your contributions to the team?
- Review, Process and Monitor Disability Claims
- Process and manage employee files
- Communicate with Insurance Provider
- Participate in claim review meetings with the HR Director, HR Manager, and Medical Consultant
- Coordinate with HR on complex claims
- Facilitate employee accommodations and return to work
- Prepare Letters on behalf of HR
- Participate in WSIB Claims
- Prepare offer letters of accommodations
- Participate in HR Projects

- You have excellent Excel skills
- You are autonomous and motivated
- You are flexible and able to work in a complex and fast-paced work environment
- You are detail-oriented
- You have strong communication and writing skills
- You are enrolled in a Business, Human Resources, or a Disability Management program
- You are available to work on a full-time basis as of January 2026 for 12 months.
