Job description: S’more about the teamHelloFresh is seeking a brand specialist who will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies for HelloFresh and Chef’s Plate. This role will focus on content development and management, campaign support, and other marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and consideration among Canadian households. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, culinary, and operations, to help deliver best-in-class brand campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for
- Support in the planning, development, and execution of cross-channel brand campaigns for HelloFresh and Chef’s Plate, focusing on increasing brand awareness and consideration in the Canadian market. Depending on the objectives, the programs can vary from partnerships, content campaigns or community building activities.
- Support in outreach, ideation and development of potential brand partnerships that can drive improved brand consideration and menu excitement.
- Support in developing impactful and engaging content for digital platforms including social and website that drives improved brand consideration, community engagement and clicks to website.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement as well as post – campaign reports.
- Ensure all communications are consistent across offline and online changes which could include channels such as; social, webpages or in-box inserts
- Assist in gathering and analyzing consumer insights to inform brand strategies and content development. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide recommendations for brand positioning and strategy adjustments.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and maintain clear communication to ensure efficient and effective execution of brand initiatives.

- 2+ years of experience in brand management, content management, or a related marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and web content management.
- Ability to edit content for specific social channels and audiences using post production tools like After Effects, Adobe or Photoshop is ideal.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools.
