Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Renewal Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on remarketing accounts identified for renewal, ensuring compliance with agency procedures while delivering top-notch service to our existing clients. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maximizing client retention and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remarket Accounts: Identify and remarket accounts due for renewal, following established agency procedures to ensure effective outreach and communication.

• Quote Generation: Provide accurate and timely quotes for existing clients, utilizing internal systems and market data to present competitive options.

• Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients during the renewal process to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach.

• Data Management: Maintain and update client records accurately in the agency’s database, tracking communication and follow-up activities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting and sales teams to gather necessary information and support efforts aimed at client retention.

• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on renewal trends, success rates, and areas for improvement to management for strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
