Job Description: Bio Sheet Coordinator
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bio Sheet Coordinator to manage the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets for our brokers. This role will involve collaborating with multiple departments, particularly Marketing and Digital Marketing, to ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our branding strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the review process, sharing updated materials across teams, and generating creative ideas for business pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:

Bio Sheet Updates:
- Coordinate the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets for brokers, ensuring all information is current and reflective of each broker’s strengths and achievements.
- Collaborate with brokers to gather necessary updates and insights.

Marketing Collaboration:
- Send updated bio sheets to the Marketing team for review and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to incorporate feedback and ensure high-quality presentation.

Digital Marketing Integration:
- Partner with the Digital Marketing department to update and share bio sheets across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
- Assist in optimizing bio sheets for online visibility and engagement.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Engage with other departments to generate innovative ideas and strategies for utilizing bio sheets in various business pursuits.
- Foster a collaborative environment to enhance creative processes and streamline the flow of information.

Project Management:
- Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule.
- Document processes and maintain records of updates and revisions for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a marketing or project management role.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
