Job Description: Bio Sheet Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bio Sheet Coordinator to manage the annual and ad hoc updates of bios for our brokers. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, notably Marketing and Digital Marketing, to ensure the content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bio Updates:

  • Oversee the regular updating of broker bios to reflect their latest achievements, roles, and contributions.
  • Ensure all bios are accurate and presented in a professional format.

• Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Send updated bios to the Marketing department for review and refinement.
  • Work closely with Marketing teams to develop creative strategies that highlight broker strengths.

• Coordination with Digital Marketing:

  • Share finalized bios with the Digital Marketing team for integration into our online platforms.
  • Provide guidance on how to best showcase broker profiles digitally.

• Interdepartmental Collaboration:

  • Engage with other departments to gather insights and ideas that enhance our pursuit strategies.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts for promotional activities.

• Project Management:

  • Maintain a timeline for bio updates and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Track changes and maintain organized records of bios for easy access and review.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in coordination, marketing, or communication roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
