Job Description: Bio Sheet Update Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Bio Sheet Update Coordinator to manage the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in partnership with brokers. This role will involve coordinating with various departments, particularly Marketing and Digital Marketing, to ensure that all information is accurate, compelling, and dynamically reflects our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bio Sheet Management: Regularly update and maintain bio sheets in collaboration with brokers to ensure that all information remains current and relevant.
• Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to review bio sheets for quality and consistency before dissemination.
• Cross-Departmental Communication: Share updated bio sheets with Digital Marketing and other relevant departments to support creative and innovative ideas for client pursuits.
• Creative Collaboration: Engage with internal teams to brainstorm and develop strategic approaches for effectively utilizing bio sheets in marketing efforts.
• Project Coordination: Oversee timelines and ensure that all updates are completed promptly to align with marketing initiatives.
