Job Title: Bio Sheet Update Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bio Sheet Update Coordinator to manage the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in collaboration with our brokerage partners. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our marketing materials are current and reflective of our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bio Sheet Management: Oversee the timely updates of annual and ad hoc bio sheets, ensuring all information is accurate and aligns with company branding guidelines.
• Collaboration with Brokers: Liaise with brokers to gather necessary updates and insights that enhance our marketing materials.
• Marketing Review: Prepare bio sheets for review by the Marketing team, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Digital Marketing Coordination: Share finalized bio sheets with the Digital Marketing team to ensure all online platforms reflect the most updated information.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to brainstorm and generate creative and innovative ideas for business pursuits.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining the bio sheet update process and enhancing overall marketing strategies.
