Job Description: Bio Sheet Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bio Sheet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in collaboration with brokers. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the content is accurate, compelling, and reflective of our brand’s voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bio Sheet Updates:

  • Coordinate the annual and as-needed updates of bio sheets in collaboration with brokers, ensuring all information is current and accurately represented.

• Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Send updated bio sheets to the Marketing team for review, ensuring they align with our strategic marketing goals.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing department to facilitate updates on digital platforms.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Engage with other internal departments to gather insights and generate creative and innovative ideas for pursuits, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our outreach efforts.

• Creative Input:

  • Assist in brainstorming sessions aimed at improving bio sheet presentation and content, contributing fresh ideas that resonate with target audiences.

• Project Management:

  • Manage timelines and ensure that all updates are completed efficiently and according to set deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role or relevant background in marketing, communications, or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
