Job Title: Bio Sheet Update Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Bio Sheet Update Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets with our brokers. Your primary tasks will include:

• Data Collection & Coordination: Collaborate with brokers to gather the necessary updates and ensure accuracy.

• Review Process: Transfer the updated bio sheets to the Marketing team for review, ensuring all content meets company standards and branding guidelines.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to facilitate the timely update of bio sheets on various platforms. Engage with other departments as needed to foster creativity and generate innovative ideas for upcoming pursuits.

• Creative Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh and impactful marketing strategies that elevate our messaging and positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a systematic process for annual and ad hoc bio sheet updates.
• Communicate effectively with internal resources to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Assist in developing creative marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Ensure timely dissemination of finalized bio sheets to relevant departments.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
