Job Description: Bio Sheet Update Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Bio Sheet Update Coordinator to manage the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in partnership with brokers. This role requires effective communication and coordination with multiple departments, primarily focusing on ensuring that all bio materials are current, accurate, and creatively aligned with our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bio Sheet Management: Regularly update annual and ad hoc bio sheets in collaboration with brokers to ensure accuracy and relevancy.

• Marketing Collaboration: Send updated bio sheets to the Marketing team for review, ensuring all materials are polished and aligned with organizational branding standards.

• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Share finalized bio sheets with the Digital Marketing team and other relevant departments, fostering collaboration and innovation for pursuit strategies.

• Creative Input Generation: Work with internal resources, including Marketing and other departments, to brainstorm and generate creative and innovative ideas for productivity enhancements and marketing pursuits.

• Project Management: Maintain timelines and track the progress of bio sheet updates, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience in project management or coordination.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and departments.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and digital platforms is a plus.
