Job Description: Bio Sheet Update Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Bio Sheet Update Coordinator to oversee the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in collaboration with brokers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our marketing materials are current, accurate, and effectively showcase our talents and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annual & Ad Hoc Updates: Manage the regular updating of bio sheets in collaboration with brokers, ensuring all information is current and relevant.
• Review & Approval: Submit updated bio sheets to the Marketing team for review and approval, ensuring adherence to brand standards and quality.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to facilitate updates and changes, ensuring seamless integration into digital platforms.
• Creative Collaboration: Engage with various internal departments to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for pursuits, enhancing our market presence and effectiveness.
• Resource Management: Leverage internal resources efficiently to gather necessary information and insights for bio updates, ensuring comprehensive and impactful content.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in marketing or content creation is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and coordinate feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design software is a plus.
