Job Description: Bio Sheet Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bio Sheet Coordinator to manage the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets for our brokers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all broker bios are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our branding strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update annual and as-needed bio sheets for brokers, ensuring all information is current and reflective of their achievements and expertise.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to review and refine the content of bio sheets before finalization.
• Share updated bios with the Digital Marketing team for online presence and visibility, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Liaise with other departments as necessary to gather insights and generate innovative ideas for strategic pursuits.
• Coordinate with internal resources to harness creative input and enhance the quality and effectiveness of the bio sheets.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging and branding.
