Job Description: Bio Sheet Coordinator

Role Overview:
The Bio Sheet Coordinator will be responsible for the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in collaboration with brokers. This role requires close partnerships with the Marketing team to ensure all materials are accurate and compelling before dissemination. You will also engage with Digital Marketing and other departments to brainstorm and develop creative, innovative strategies for various pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bio Sheet Updates:

  • Manage the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in coordination with brokers.
  • Ensure all information is accurate, relevant, and reflects the latest achievements and qualifications.

• Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Send updated bio sheets to the Marketing team for review and approval.
  • Work closely with Marketing to implement feedback and enhancements.

• Digital Marketing Integration:

  • Share finalized bio sheets with the Digital Marketing team to ensure online presence is updated appropriately.
  • Collaborate on digital initiatives to promote updated bios.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Engage with various departments to seek input and generate innovative ideas for pursuit strategies.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to cultivate creative approaches to marketing and branding efforts.

• Project Management:

  • Maintain timelines for updates and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Track changes and document processes to streamline future updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
