Job Description: Bio Sheet Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Bio Sheet Coordinator to manage the annual and ad-hoc updates of Bio sheets in collaboration with brokers. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our Bio sheets are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively communicated across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bio Sheet Management: Coordinate the annual and ad-hoc updates of Bio sheets with brokers, ensuring all information is accurate and reflects current achievements and capabilities.

• Review Process: Facilitate the review of Bio sheets by the Marketing team, ensuring that they meet branding and messaging standards.

• Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the Marketing department to implement feedback and suggestions, ensuring that Bio sheets are aligned with overall marketing strategies.

• Digital Updates: Share finalized Bio sheets with the Digital Marketing team for online updates, ensuring a consistent digital presence across various platforms.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with other departments as necessary to generate creative and innovative ideas for pursuit strategies, leveraging diverse perspectives and expertise.

• Project Coordination: Manage timelines and ensure that all updates are completed in a timely manner to support marketing initiatives and project deadlines.
