Job Description: Bio Sheet Update Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bio Sheet Update Coordinator to manage the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in collaboration with brokers. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that all bio sheets are accurate, compelling, and aligned with our branding strategy. This role also involves collaborating with Digital Marketing and various departments to generate innovative ideas for our pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annual & Ad Hoc Updates: Coordinate with brokers to gather and update information for annual and ad hoc bio sheets.
• Quality Assurance: Send updated bio sheets to the Marketing team for review, ensuring consistency and accuracy of content.
• Collaboration: Work with Digital Marketing to implement any necessary changes to online bio resources and share updated materials with other departments as needed.
• Innovation Generation: Facilitate brainstorming sessions with internal resources to develop creative and innovative ideas for pursuit strategies.
• Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of updates and projects.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
• Experience in marketing or content management preferred.
• Proficient in using software and tools for document creation and collaboration.
