Job Description: Bio Sheet Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bio Sheet Coordinator to oversee the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in collaboration with our brokers. This role will involve sending updated bios to the Marketing team for review and subsequently sharing the finalized versions with the Digital Marketing department, as well as other relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annual & Ad Hoc Updates: Manage the regular and on-demand updates of bio sheets, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.

• Collaboration with Brokers: Work closely with brokers to gather the necessary information and insights for bio updates.

• Marketing Review: Send updated bios to the Marketing team for evaluation and feedback.

• Interdepartmental Communication: Share approved bios with Digital Marketing and other departments to ensure consistency across platforms and projects.

• Idea Generation: Collaborate with various internal resources to develop creative and innovative strategies for positioning and pursuing new opportunities.

• Project Management: Maintain timelines and track the progress of bio updates and initiatives, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in project management and collaboration across departments.
• Familiarity with marketing processes and tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
