Job Description: Bio Sheet Update Coordinator

As the Bio Sheet Update Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date biographies for our brokers. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting annual and ad hoc updates of broker bios, ensuring all information is accurate and reflective of their expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bio Management: Conduct regular updates of broker biographies, compiling information from various sources to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Send updated bios to the Marketing team for review; incorporate feedback and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with Digital Marketing and other relevant departments to share updated bios and explore creative and innovative ideas for marketing pursuits.
• Creative Ideation: Engage with internal resources to brainstorm and develop compelling narratives and additional promotional materials that highlight broker strengths and market positioning.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of updates and revisions to broker bios for ease of reference and historical tracking.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between brokers, the Marketing department, and other teams, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the update process.
