Job Description: Bio Sheet Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bio Sheet Coordinator to manage and update our annual and ad hoc bio sheets in collaboration with our brokers. This role involves coordinating with various departments, including Marketing and Digital Marketing, to ensure all content is accurate, innovative, and aligned with our branding strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annual & Ad Hoc Bio Sheet Updates:

  • Collaborate with brokers to gather necessary information for bio sheets, ensuring all updates are current and comprehensive.

• Review Process:

  • Send completed bio sheets to the Marketing team for review and feedback, incorporating any necessary revisions.

• Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Share finalized bio sheets with the Digital Marketing team for updates on digital platforms.
  • Engage with other departments as needed to collect insights and generate creative and innovative ideas for promotional pursuits.

• Internal Resource Coordination:

  • Liaise with various internal resources to support the production of quality content that resonates with target audiences.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
