Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bio Sheet Update Coordinator to lead the annual and ad hoc updates of our broker bio sheets. This role requires a dynamic individual who will collaborate closely with multiple departments, particularly Marketing and Digital Marketing, to ensure that our materials are current, compelling, and aligned with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bio Sheet Management: Coordinate the annual and ad hoc updates of broker bio sheets, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

• Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the Marketing team to review and refine bio sheets, incorporating their insights and feedback.

• Cross-Department Liaison: Share updated materials with Digital Marketing and other relevant departments, facilitating the development of innovative ideas for business pursuits.

• Creative Development: Collaborate with internal resources to brainstorm and generate creative strategies that enhance our marketing efforts and engage potential clients.

• Project Coordination: Manage timelines and milestones for bio sheet updates, ensuring all departments are aligned and deadlines are met.

• Quality Assurance: Review and proofread all materials before distribution to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:
