Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise Resets & Planograms: Collaborate with the team to execute merchandise resets and ensure adherence to planograms, maintaining a visually appealing store layout that maximizes product visibility.

• Marketing Displays: Design and set up engaging marketing displays that showcase promotional products effectively, attracting customer attention and enhancing the shopping experience.

• Inventory Procedures: Assist in physical inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock counts and records, while also contributing to the overall organization and cleanliness of the stock area.

• Break Area Maintenance: Maintain a tidy and welcoming break area for team members, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by helping shoppers locate products, answering inquiries, and offering recommendations based on their needs.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
