Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and employee break area.
• Participate in merchandise resets and planograms to ensure product displays are appealing and aligned with company standards.
• Assist in creating engaging marketing displays to promote seasonal products and current promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold store standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance satisfaction.
• Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and organization in the backroom.

Qualifications:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
