Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Operations Associate to join our team. This role involves actively participating in merchandise resets, planograms, and creating engaging marketing displays. The ideal candidate will also assist with physical inventory procedures to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to execute merchandise resets and ensure compliance with planograms.
• Facilitate the setup and maintenance of dynamic marketing displays that enhance the shopping experience.
• Participate in physical inventory procedures, maintaining accuracy and accountability in stock management.
• Maintain a clean and organized break area, fostering a positive environment for all employees.
• Assist in training new staff on merchandising standards and inventory processes.
• Provide feedback on inventory levels and merchandising effectiveness to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directives.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in retail or visual merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving merchandise.
