Position Title: Staffing Partner – Technology, Finance, & Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and organizational culture.
• Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for various roles within Technology, Finance, and Accounting.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure a strong fit between candidates and client requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to reach passive talent and enhance the candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process and provide ongoing support throughout the hiring cycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights to both clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate submissions and communications within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in staffing or recruitment, preferably within the Technology, Finance, or Accounting sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, as well as a good understanding of the job market landscape.
