Job description: The job involves managing all aspects of set up, coverage, breakdown, and shipping for events, advertising, marketing collateral, and other promotional materials. The role requires attending and actively participating in meetings, evaluating project opportunities, preparing and writing proposals, and effectively communicating and presenting proposals to internal and external stakeholders. The individual will work closely with an internal proposal and marketing team to coordinate efforts and support the overall marketing strategy. Responsibilities also include assisting with various marketing tasks and projects as needed. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
