Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the preparation, coverage, and shipping of marketing collateral and proposals, while ensuring alignment with our company’s branding and messaging. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, organization, and collaboration, contributing to various marketing initiatives and attending relevant meetings to stay informed and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the entire proposal process, including evaluation, preparation, and writing of proposals.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings related to marketing and proposal development.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with company goals.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather information and insights necessary for proposal development.
• Assist in the shipping and distribution of marketing materials for events, campaigns, and project proposals.
• Present proposals and marketing strategies effectively to internal and external audiences.
• Track proposal timelines and ensure all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Provide support in the development of overall marketing strategy and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in proposal writing and marketing coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing software.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
