Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing various aspects of our marketing efforts, including setup, coverage, breakdown, and shipping of promotional materials and advertising collateral. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending and actively participating in relevant meetings, as well as evaluating, preparing, writing, and presenting proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Collateral Management: Oversee the setup and breakdown of marketing materials at events, ensuring all shipping and logistics are handled efficiently.

• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the internal proposal and marketing team to evaluate project needs, prepare detailed proposals, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Meeting Participation: Attend meetings to gather insights, contribute ideas, and actively participate in discussions related to marketing strategies and initiatives.

• Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and deliverables.

• Communication: Assist in drafting, editing, and presenting both written and visual marketing content that adheres to our brand standards.

• Project Assistance: Support various marketing projects from inception to execution, ensuring timelines are met and objectives achieved.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software/tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
