Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our innovative team, focused on bridging the gap between technology and business requirements. You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with key stakeholders across various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Digital & Technology, and Finance, to ensure that our technology solutions align seamlessly with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Participate in collaborative sessions with Marketing, Sales, Digital & Technology, and Finance teams to understand and document business needs and technical requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with skilled team members from diverse backgrounds to identify opportunities for enhancing processes and technology integration.
• Analysis and Reporting: Analyze gathered data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Technology Integration: Assist in the development and implementation of technology solutions that meet the business requirements, ensuring they align with overall company goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintaining ongoing relationships to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a marketing or technology context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and technologies is a plus.
