Job Title: Business Analyst – Technology Integration

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst specializing in Technology Integration, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs across various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Digital & Technology, and Finance. Your ability to blend technical knowledge with business acumen will enable you to effectively translate requirements into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—encompassing Marketing, Sales, and Finance—to conduct requirement gathering sessions. Understand their unique needs and challenges to formulate comprehensive business and technology requirements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities. Foster relationships to enhance communication and collaboration across departments.

  • Analysis & Documentation: Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. Document requirements clearly and concisely, ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding of project goals.

  • Solution Development: Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure that solutions are designed for scalability, performance, and user-friendliness.

  • Project Management: Participate in project lifecycle activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to budget. Facilitate meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status.

  • Testing & Validation: Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements and business needs. Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and digital/technology processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and project management tools.
