Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, implementing, and revising individual marketing plans tailored to specific needs. The Marketing Coordinator will generate innovative marketing strategies and handle promotions for all ATI nationwide branches. Additionally, this position will assist during local, regional, and national marketing blitzes, ensuring brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individual marketing plans that align with company goals.
• Maintain and revise marketing strategies as necessary based on performance metrics and market trends.
• Generate compelling marketing content and materials to promote nationwide branch services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Manage promotional activities for all ATI branches to enhance brand presence.
• Assist in organizing and executing local, regional, and national marketing blitzes and events.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and provide reports to management.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
