Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator with over 5 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist and collaborate with the marketing department, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives while maintaining a focus on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead Status Communication: Regularly communicate with the Vice President of Marketing and senior management regarding the status of leads, providing insights and updates on progress.
• Propose Preventative Actions: Analyze marketing data and trends to identify potential challenges, and recommend proactive solutions to ensure campaign success.
• Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
