We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Coordinator with over 5 years in the industry to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is critical in driving our marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective campaigns that meet business objectives.
• Provide detailed reports on marketing performance and propose preventative actions to enhance ongoing and future initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with the Vice President of Marketing and Management regarding the status of leads, ensuring alignment on strategies and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Support the implementation of marketing automation tools to improve lead generation and tracking of marketing performance.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Campaign effectiveness as measured by lead conversion rates and overall ROI.
• Timeliness and accuracy in communication with management regarding lead statuses.
• Proactivity in identifying and proposing preventative actions to mitigate risks and optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration.
