The Business Growth Marketing Manager will lead our Merchant Growth strategy, campaign development and execution. They will develop the overarching strategy for B2B for PayBright that will include paid media campaigns to support merchant growth goals. They will translate our value propositions into meaningful marketing plans that reach our target audiences at scale.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization! The ideal candidate will work hand-in-hand with a small team, focused on crafting marketing programs to drive top-of-funnel growth – including SEM, paid social, email marketing, and display. This candidate should also have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to execute campaigns successfully.

This manager will work closely with the core Marketing team as well as the Sales team to nurture prospects in the funnel. They will collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign assets. They will coordinate with the analytics and engineering teams to ensure all marketing programs have appropriate tracking and attribution, and frequently report out campaign performance with cross-functional partners and leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute the multi-channel paid media program strategy to support our merchant acquisition goals across various segments
  • Utilize data and emerging trends to identify new channel and campaign opportunities
  • Be a hands-on manager of paid campaigns, including setting up accounts, creating campaigns from scratch, A/B testing, optimizing assets and targeting, and delivering performance reports
  • Collaborate with our Content and Design teams for campaign assets – including ad copy, images, video, content, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to define critical metrics and develop campaign performance dashboards.
  • Share campaign performance and make recommendations for campaign improvements
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities are tagged and tracked appropriately

What We Look For

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on inbound marketing, demand generation, paid media, and/or account-based marketing
  • BA/BS degree OR equivalent work experience
  • Hands-on experience working with major self-service ad platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Consistent track record of scaling top-of-funnel demand generation programs
  • 1-2 years of ABM or lifecycle marketing experience with knowledge of Pardot is a plus
  • Some content marketing and marketing automation knowledge
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, especially cross-functionally
  • Strong quantitative focus, including experience in marketing metrics. Familiar with or able to learn a variety of business application systems quickly
  • A team collaborator who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and a strategic problem-solver who can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals
  • Ability to be both strategic and maintain an eye for tactical detail
