Job Description:

Bancroft Strategic Resources is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

– Establish and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and timely response to inquiries
– Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner
– Identify opportunities to expand client services and support the business development efforts
– Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
– Maintain accurate client records and documentation
– Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a client services or customer support role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proactive and solution-oriented approach to client management
