Job Description: Corporate Giving Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Giving Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in driving our philanthropic efforts, managing donor and volunteer relationships, and enhancing our corporate giving programs. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Philanthropy, or a related field, and will have a strong foundation in communications and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote corporate giving initiatives. Create compelling narratives and presentations to engage stakeholders and inspire participation.

• Corporate Giving: Design, execute, and evaluate corporate giving programs that align with our organizational mission and goals. Cultivate strong relationships with corporate partners to support fundraising efforts.

• Donor/Volunteer Cultivation & Management: Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with donors and volunteers. Organize events and initiatives to engage and recognize contributors.

• Fundraising: Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop targeted campaigns that attract new donors and increase overall contributions. Utilize metrics and insights to continually refine strategies.

• General Planning & Budgeting: Assist in the planning and budgeting of fundraising events and initiatives. Ensure the efficient allocation of resources and track progress towards financial goals.

• Marketing: Leverage marketing techniques to promote corporate giving and fundraising campaigns. Utilize social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms to reach a broader audience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Philanthropy, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in donor management, volunteer recruitment, and fundraising strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
