This position is responsible for meeting the revenue plan for the TMC or area. This position’s objectives are to develop operational goals and plans, monitor and communicate operations performance, and maintain strategic relationships with clients. This position serves as a representative of UPS in relationships with customers, and supports those customers by managing for results. This position also remains in continual contact with the assigned site(s) to drive consistent implementation of standard business processes and cross-functional collaboration.
