In an agile environment, you will work closely with partners across Analytics, Tech, CRM, and E-commerce, to identify triggers for automated email programs, personalization and optimization through measurement and A/B testing across customer segments. You are critical in supporting the development of seamless customer journeys for Canada Goose globally. You stay abreast of current digital trends and technologies and are a thought leader in marketing automation.What You’ll Do:
- Manage the development and optimization of global automated & triggered email journeys to drive acquisition, retention and grow customer lifetime value.
- Leverage test-and-learn scenarios to A/B test, measure and optimize customer journeys to maximize the performance of email programs to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of triggered emails including email briefing, content creation management, segmentation, UAT and post-evaluation
- Utilize customer data for audience segmentation to deliver personalized email marketing programs to drive engagement, conversion, and retention growth.
- Monitor the performance of all triggered email programs, and continuously improve outcomes through analysis and optimizations.
- Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors to understand application roadmaps, planned enhancements and updates. Using this to inform the team of new efficiencies and features
- Collaborate with agency partners and IT that support CRM & Marketing Automation systems and support with UATs for email deployment.
- Monitoring, resolving and escalating issues as they arise
- Support the management of the Marketing Automation team’s budget and priorities
Let’s Talk About You:
- 5+ years’ experience managing digital marketing programs
- Experience with web analytics tools (including Google Analytics (GA4), Datorama, etc.)
- Management of Marketing Automation technologies (ex., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proven experience with online marketing, automation solutions, marketing systems and CRM. Salesforce experience is an advantage, but not required.
- University/College degree in marketing or business
- Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, analytics/business insights tools
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Agile methodologies to drive results (nice to have but not required).
- Must have knowledge of communication compliance best practices (CASL, PII, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Deep understanding of marketing automation and email best practices
- Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy.
