Job description: Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Snowflake Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Snowflake Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions on the Snowflake cloud data platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data engineering, expertise in Snowflake architecture, and a proven ability to implement and integrate scalable and efficient data solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Snowflake data architecture designs.

· Champion implementation of Snowflake data solutions, including the development of data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations.

· Implement best practices for data governance, security, and performance optimization.

· Implement and maintain stored procedures, user-defined functions, and other database objects.

· Design and optimize data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing.

· Configure and optimize Snowflake environments to meet specific business needs and performance requirements.

· Identify and address bottlenecks to ensure efficient data processing.

· Create and maintain documentation for snowflake solution designs, code, and processes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· In-depth knowledge of Snowflake architecture, features, and capabilities.

· Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL processes

· Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Snowflake on Azure.

· Solid understanding of data security and compliance

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Snowflake certification(s).

· Experience with other data warehousing solutions.
