You will have a chance to influence the choice and use of newer technologies and introduce changes to the processes.Your roleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to work with a team of seasoned professionals responsible for end-user technology and associated services. Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Center of Expertise, you will be a key player supporting the live environment and the end user technology infrastructure.You will be responsible for managing the company’s workstations and mobile devices and will participate in the strategy to modernize the solutions for user technology management. You will be called upon to provide expertise in workstation management, corporate image design, application deployment and configuration of user workstation policies and compliance. The candidate will have the opportunity to take part in decisions relating to the design and implementation of new processes, new systems and new versions of software intended for the production environment, in addition to having the opportunity to implement best practices in place to support cloud solutions.Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the performance of deployment and update management systems based on the SCCM/Intune solution.
  • Oversee and support the operation of systems that provide services for the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and upgrade of all user technology systems.
  • Administer and troubleshoot endpoint solutions such as print management, remote assistance, and softphone.
  • Monitor and maintain our EDR solutions.
  • Ensure the secure operation and integrity of user equipment.
  • Analyze corporate initiatives and recommend technology improvements.
  • Develop IT standards and participate in developing strategies for user technologies.
  • Contribute to the evolution of technologies and recommend solutions to improve the reliability and capabilities of systems.
  • In partnership with Technology & Infrastructure colleagues, improve and maintain departmental work processes and methods.

What you bring:

  • University degree, or college diploma, in the field of computer science or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 5 years of experience working in a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of network services, PC and Mac operating systems as well as mobile operating systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise-grade device management (SCCM, Intune, JamF)
  • Strong technical knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell, Bash, Google Apps script)
  • Good Technical knowledge of EDR solutions (Crowdstrike, Sentinel, Defender)
  • Good Technical knowledge of DaaS and cloud solution (AVD, W365, AWS, Google)
  • Technical knowledge of remote assistance solutions, print management solutions
  • The ability to function effectively with high levels of demand and limited resources
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Bilingualism: French and English fluency is mandatory.
