Company: CDS – Preferred In-House Event Marketing Provider to Costco
Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Product Demonstrator, where you’ll play a vital role in showcasing products and engaging with customers during new location grand openings and special events. As the face of our brand, you’ll provide hands-on demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our clients’ products, creating memorable experiences that drive sales and foster customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits.
- Engage with customers enthusiastically, answering questions and providing information.
- Collaborate with team members to set up and maintain demonstration areas, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Participate in grand openings, ensuring successful execution of marketing events.
- Collect customer feedback and assist with data reporting to enhance marketing efforts.
- Maintain product inventory and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor, with a passion for customer engagement.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or marketing preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
