Customer Service Representative
Toronto, ON

$16.00 – $16.00 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a leader in the financial industry, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a contract basis for an opportunity in Toronto, ON.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information to customers in a professional and courteous manner. The Customer Service Representative will effectively meet targets and ensure first call resolution through accurate and efficient administration of calls and issue resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
– Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
– Identify and escalate priority issues
– Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
– Take the extra mile to engage customers

QUALIFICATIONS
– Previous experience in customer service or call center environment
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– High school diploma or equivalent
