Financial Analyst

$20.18 – 28.34 /hour

We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be a key business partner in forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management. The Financial Analyst will provide management with meaningful, actionable insight that will enable sound decision making to ensure future stability, growth and profitability. The desired candidate will have an active interest in the financial services industry and possess complex problem-solving skills.

Your responsibilities in this role

– Understand and adhere to company Planning & Forecasting process
– Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and financial forecasts and report variances
– Collaborate with Senior Executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of long-term initiatives, strategic resource allocation and prioritization
– Leading monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required
– Drive Area/Segment level Bookings on a weekly, monthly and annual basis in conjunction with operations and finance
– Survey performance to ensure it is in line with the expectations
– Analyze performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities
– Explore and create Financial Reports
– Build a content calendar, develop and lead monthly Business Reviews and present material to Senior Leadership

Job Expectations

– Outstanding presentation skills
– Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
– BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
– Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
– Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance
– Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus
– Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
